Dr. Georgy & Staff, If there is ever to be an “Angel Pain-Free Dentist” Dr. Georgy is she!! OMG, words could neverExplain how pleased we are that we were referred to her. First, the office is immaculate, the staff is professional, courteous and most of all friendly and they ALL act like they want to be at work! You just don’t find that at many offices anymore. Our entire family switched over to this office and we will never ever see another dentist as long as Dr. Georgy is in practice in the area. She has state of the art cleaning and diagnostic equipment. If she feels the need to refer you to someone for a second opinion, she doesn’t hesitate. Personally, I had a cracked a tooth that was painful and she worked on it and she called me every day for several days because she was a “concerned” doctor. That is how doctors used to be and I love it. These days most doctors are concerned with the numbers and the insurance kickbacks. Our daughter saw her the other day for the first time. She has been seen by a local pediatric dentist for 11 years with x-rays, exams and cleanings. Well, not really! Within a few minutes at Dr. Georgy’s office, it was determined that our daughter’s mouth is a mess. So bad that they questioned if she had ever had x-rays. She has terrible periodontal disease and 8 teeth that need fillings and one that may need a root canal. How can this be? We feel very blessed to have found Dr. Georgy and that she is now seeing our children. I feel that Dr.Georgy is more concerned with the patient’s well being first and it clearly shows. Thank you Dr. Georgy and staff for truly caring. If you need a great caring dentist, do not look at anyone else. This is the office your want to be at! Dr. Georgy and Staff,After 2 hours in “ the chair” I’m afraid I might not have told you exactly how pleased I am with all of you. My “new” front teeth look great! And the floss no longer snags on the chip. My whole mouth feels so much cleaner and I love the Biotene products you told me about. See you in April.Thanks to all of you. Mary Ellen
I have been to many dentists and I’d have to say hands down Dr. Maureen Georgy is the absolute best! I was referred to Dr. Georgy through a friend. When I first walked in the front door I was pleasantly surprised at how beautifully the waiting room was decorated and how calming it was. It makes you feel a sense of peace and really helps calm your nerves. I first had the cleaning with Mary the hygienist. Normally I have issues with x-rays due to my strong gag reflex. Dr. Georgy has state-of the-art equipment which includes digital x-rays. They were much easier than those bulky intrusive large pads the other dentists use! The x-rays were quick and painless. I was also impressed with how informative the dental hygienist was; she actually explained everything ( it was a first for me). The x-rays show up immediately on the computer screen in the room. Due to their state-of-the art equipment Dr. Georgy could show me the issues with my teeth on the computer screen. It helps calm your mind when you have visual instead of taking someone’s word that you need dental work. I ended up needing some crowns replaced. With the previous dentist I knew the crown never felt right. At first he told me to brush my gums up over the crown, and then he repeatedly told me it was fine. A year and a half later I visited Dr. Georgy who corrected the problem. Another first for me.. when the permanent crown came in she actually took x-rays to make sure it was a perfect fit! My friend who recommended her told me she did the same thing with her. Dr. Georgy wasn’t happy with her crown after seeing the x-ray and sent it back to have another crown made! Very impressed! The day after having my crown replaced Dr. Georgy personally called me to follow up and see how I was doing. My friend that recommended Dr. Georgy said she called her the day after her crown as well. It’s nice to know she takes the time to personally follow up and see how you’re doing after a major dental work procedure. Dr. Georgy and her entire staff have all been very kind, they show extreme patience with me ( I’m a tough customer due to my gag relex) and are always highly professional. I feel very blessed to have found them. You can tell Dr. Georgy takes great pride in her work, she is very precise and a perfectionist! She really cares and it shows in her attitude and work. She has a great staff including the front desk; Sandy and Kelly are so sweet they always make me feel at home during my appointments. I hope this helps anyone thinking about becoming a client with Dr. Georgy. I would highly recommend her to anyone needing a real dentist you can trust and one who actually cares about their patients. --Carolyn
